Don’t feel constrained by the existing floorplans. These are meant to give you an idea of what can be done and what has been done. However; each new construction is an opportunity to make improvements and add special touches specific to the home owner’s needs. 

I invite you to meet with me and design your new home, whether we start from scratch or take an existing plan with modifications. I have designed homes from scratch given client’s specific requirements, but I’ve also built a custom home for clients who had an existing plan. This is a fun part of the process and I will be happy to help you through every step.
